I view food not just as a source of nourishment for our bodies but as a vital ingredient in fostering experiences, memories, and connections with others. What excites me most is guiding people to establish healthy and sustainable eating habits that they can maintain throughout their lives.

I believe that all foods fit! I believe that food not only fuels our bodies to perform at its best, but also fuels experiences, memories and connecting with others. My passion is to inspire people in the kitchen, get creative, bring family and friends closer together, and get excited about everything from delicious desserts to tasty vegetables. Helping people create healthy and sustainable habits they can carry with them throughout life is what drives me to continue learning in the field of nutrition and performance.
