I'm on a mission to help people build confidence in their bodies and abilities. I educate clients from a holistic standpoint on nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress management. By assessing these four pillars of a healthy lifestyle, I guide clients in the areas they need help and provide clear actionable steps to achieving their health goals. I also have experience working in various settings such as a rehabilitation hospital, dialysis center, community food bank, and school food nutrition. My main passion is using my experience as a personal trainer and degree in nutrition to support people in living healthier lives through preventative health!

My philosophy when working with clients is meeting them where they are at, collaborating with them to identify what they are struggling with, and creating a plan to help them achieve the goals they desire. I believe that health is a lifestyle that involves looking at more than just nutrition but other factors such as sleep, exercise, and stress management. By addressing each area one at a time, a person can overcome health challenges and/or learn to manage their health condition well enough so they can enjoy a higher quality of life! I look forward to supporting clients in creating sustainable changes and developing a positive relationship with food by incorporating the foods they love into their way of eating!
