I focus on improving the quality of my clients' lives through a focus on intuitive eating, joyful movement, and weight inclusivity. Clients will learn how to view food as a means of both nourishment and satisfaction, placing emphasis on body neutrality, eating without guilt or pressure, and using movement/exercise for enjoyment.

Self-improvement is about small changes over a long time - we're just looking to "move the needle" just a little bit every day. Self-confidence is about being satisfied with and proud of what you've done and who you are, while recognizing that no one is perfect and there will always be room for improvement. Connecting with your personal values and principles, and then making choices consistent with them, is the best way to happiness and fulfillment.
