Our services are 100% remote. We bring the convenience and quality of nutrition counseling directly to you.

What if I don’t have insurance coverage?

We offer the option to pay with self-pay or through an HSA account.

Why should I see a dietitian?

Registered Dietitians are health professionals specializing in food and nutrition. Dietitians provide a behavioral health approach to nutritional care to help you reach your long-term health goals.

What is a registered dietitian?

Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) is a nationally recognized credential. All of our dietitians are RDNs, which means that they have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, passed a national exam, and complete a number of ongoing continuing education credits annually.
