I help my clients integrate their nutrition goals into their lifestyle because changes, even the smallest ones, must be sustainable to be beneficial.

In my role as a Registered Dietitian, I aim to help you integrate your nutrition goals into your lifestyle and make lifestyle changes that support those goals. Healthy habits only work if they are sustainable, so my long-term goal is to help each client find their "why" that will help them be excited and passionate about improving their nutrition and relationship with food! Through evidence-based recommendations, goal-setting, and weekly counseling sessions, I want to help guide your nutrition journey. As a lover of all things fitness and outdoors, I started my nutrition journey with a passion for sports nutrition. As I have learned and grown in my journey, I have found a special passion for helping clients make small lifestyle changes to help support all nutrition goals. As a busy, active person who lives a very full life, I know firsthand that nutrition cannot always play a front-and-center role, but by creating healthful habits, we can still be working towards our nutrition goals in the background.
