No-Show & Cancellation Policy
We value both your time and our Dietitians’ time.
To protect the integrity of our schedule and ensure fairness to all clients:
Credit Card on File
A credit card is required prior to booking your appointment.
Your card will only be charged in the event of a no-show or late cancellation (excluding your first appointment).
Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a $55 fee.
No-Shows will incur a $55 fee.
Your first appointment is excluded from this policy.
Why We Have This Policy
Our Dietitians dedicate their time specifically for you. When an appointment is missed without notice, that time cannot be offered to another client. Our providers are compensated for that reserved time, as their expertise and time are valuable.
Billing
No-show and late cancellation fees are processed daily by our billing team using the card on file.
