Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Thank you for participating in our Referral Program! By referring friends or family members, you help us expand our community and support others in achieving their wellness goals. To ensure a smooth and fair program, please review and adhere to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

1.1 This Referral Program (“Program”) is open to all existing clients of Dietitian Live who are at least 18 years of age.

1.2 Participants (“Referrers”) must be current clients in good standing with Dietitian Live.1.3 Referees (referred individuals) must be new clients who have not previously engaged in any services or consultations with Dietitian Live.

2. Referral Process

2.1 Each unique and qualifying referral will earn the Referrer one (1) entry into a monthly drawing for a reward in the form of money to redeem for a gift card via the Promotion Vault Platform (the “Prize”). 

2.2 There is no limit to the number of entries a Referrer can earn through qualifying referrals.

3.1 A “Qualifying Referral” is defined as a referral that meets the following criteria:

• The referred individual must successfully schedule an initial consultation with Dietitian Live within 30 days of the referral.

3.2 Referrals of existing clients or previous customers will not qualify for an entry.

4. Monthly Prize Drawing

4.1 January 6, 2025, two (2) Referrers will be randomly selected from all entries to receive the Prize.

4.2 The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives unless explicitly stated. Examples of past or potential prizes are: form of money to redeem for a gift card via the Promotion Vault Platform.  Dietitian Live reserves the right to choose the prize based on its sole discretion. 

4.3 Winners will be notified by email, and the Prize will be awarded in accordance with instructions provided by Dietitian Live.

5.1 Dietitian Live reserves the right to alter, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, with or without prior notice.

6. Use of Personal Information

6.1 By participating in the Program, both Referrers and Referees agree to the collection, use, and processing of their personal information for the purposes of administering the Program.

6.2 Dietitian Live respects the privacy of its clients and adheres to applicable data protection laws. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.

7. Liability

7.1 Dietitian Live is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from or in connection with the Program or Prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

7.2 Dietitian Live reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is found to violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in fraudulent activity.

8. General

8.1 The Program is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

8.2 By participating, Referrers and Referees agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Dietitian Live, which are final and binding in all respects.
