With a background in collegiate sports nutrition, outpatient eating disorder care, and private practice, I am passionate about helping clients develop a balanced relationship with food and body image. My aim is to enable clients to enjoy their favorite activities and foods while maintaining fitness progress, optimal performance, and self-confidence. Using an individualized, science-backed approach, I consider all aspects of health and wellness to create tailored strategies that address each client's unique needs. In our sessions, I emphasize mindfulness and a holistic view of health, integrating nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress management into my practice.
