As a growth oriented person and dietitian, I believe in using nutrition and wellness to inspire and guide individuals towards healthier and happier lives! I specialize in using identity based behavior change strategies with clients who motivated to make changes and improve their lives. This is done primarily by assessing and coaching on nutrition, movement, sleep, stress and mindset.

I approach everything with the mindset that we take the work seriously, but we DO NOT take ourselves too seriously! We are human- life is meant to be fun, let's find fun in growing and challenging ourselves! Let's build a strong rapport, let's dig into details, let's explore what has stopped you before and work together to foster both the mindset and skillset to be able to achieve things you never have before!
