My approach to nutrition is focused on whole, minimally processed foods and sustainable habits that fit seamlessly into my client's life. I approach each client as an individual, building meaningful connections from the ground up, in order to work collaboratively as a team and ensure they feel involved and empowered throughout their journey. I take the time to understand their unique needs and challenges, while also appropriately challenging them to step outside their comfort zones and grow. A solid balance of accountability with empathy allows me to create a supportive environment for clients to feel encouraged and not judged.
