Expert guidance, proven results
“I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes in 2019 and have NEVER succeeded in getting it under control until working with my dietitian. My A1C is down from over 8 or even 9 in the recent past to 7.2! I’ve also built muscle and increased stamina. In addition, my mental health/mood is improved. She’s very good at listening to my needs and giving me lots of new information!”
