Pancakes

  • Add ½ cup cottage cheese, ½ cup of oats, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, a splash of vanilla extract, and 1 egg into a blender and mix together
  • Place batter on griddle and cook pancakes as usual

Scrambled Eggs

  • Add in 1-3 spoonfuls of cottage cheese to your usual scrambled egg recipe

Alfredo Sauce

  • Into a blender add 1 cup of cottage cheese, ⅓ cup of parmesan, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, and 2 splashes of milk then blend until fully mixed
  • Add sauce into a pan over heat, add in pasta, and enjoy!

Muffins

  • Into a blender add 1 cup of oats, 1 overripe banana, ½ cup of cottage cheese, 2 tsp of baking powder, 1 egg, 1 tsp of vanilla extract, and 1 tbsp of maple syrup and blend 
  • Pour into muffin tins (Optional: add any toppings such as fruit or chocolate) and bake for 15 minutes at 375 degrees Fahrenheit 

Ice Cream

  • Blend cottage cheese with honey, maple syrup, or any sweetener
  • Add in sugar free pudding packet and blend again
  • Freeze until ready to serve
  • Add in any desired ingredients before or after the blender for extra flavor! (example: strawberries, blueberries, graham crackers, chocolate chips etc)
